Jiffy Smog a DEKRA company - 6390 North Durango Drive - NV

I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this Jiffy Smog. The absolute best experience and service I have ever received when getting a smog test. The employee (Milton) did a fantastic job making it easy and painless. Made nice conversation and you could tell that he wanted you to have a good experience. Many people go about their days just doing their jobs, but you can tell that Milton does his best and I really felt it when I came in. Give this guy a raise! I'll be back!

What a great experience I had at Jiffy Smog. Milton was my technician. He was so nice and professional. Not only did he inspect for smog emissions, he checked my wipers and gave me an okay. He offered to submit my payment for my tag. Of course I agreed. There was a small fee but it was done and over. Milton impressed me so much I have already recommended this place to my daughter and granddaughter. I don't know how much he is paid but he needs a raise. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Milton.

Just FYI this smog place went up on price. Last year it was $17 now it’s $35. I should have asked because I thought I got better deal than the coupon I had in hand. See pictures

This facility is unique and wonderful. Milton was GOOD at what he does and is so polite, and his wit and sense of humor was amazing. It made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!

I’d rather step on Leggos than go here again. The guy with the glasses is super rude. You’re better off finding a better spot like across the street. Again the guy with the glasses kept leaving not even there half the time. Hiding in the store not doing his job and unprofessional.
