Edgar Galvan is the most wonderful person I have come across in the past few months. He helped me out with explaining every step of the way what was going on with my vehicle. This man was so kind and very informative about my vehicle. I am looking at trading in my current Ford and I will come back here to do it. Genuine staff and all are nice.

Very poor service. Asked for the estimated time when arrived and was told 20-30 minutes. After patiently waiting for 45 minutes when I inquired , I was told we just got car in and will take 30 more minutes. After 25 min they said some other work needs to be done and gave me price and said it will take 5 additional minutes. It’s almost close to hour and 40 minutes and still no words and apparently the service specialist has disappeared to avoid giving answers. I was very clear about the time since I had patients scheduled but seems like they don’t care about other people’s time. Absolutely worst service I have ever received and very pathetic behavior from the staff.

Not quick lane but a much needed repair to my AC. Only three days in the shop and it's freezing my knuckles. Excellent work from an excellent dealership.

The service center is horrible! 1st time they had my car for a month! 2nd time they took all day for a 20 min job and had issues finding my car in their system when I took it to them at 7am that morning. Not happy with Jim bass ford service center. I don't like taking my car to them!

Understaffed due to covid but the staff that was there were extremely courteous and professional. I arrived before my appointment but they still took me in and completed maintenance quickly.
