As usual, great customer attention from the office staff, sales personnel, service department, and management. Consistent communication from everyone involved. Our family has been buying from this dealership since it was on Sherwood Way, decades ago. I am very grateful for the long-term employees who know the business and their customer base. And another perk - very courteous shuttle drivers 100% of the times I’ve needed a ride to work or home.

Cameron and Robert were an excellent duo. We feel like they got us the best deal they could and they were a pleasure to work with. We had our 2 year old with us and at one point they were kind enough to let us pause and take our kid for a nap. If we need to buy a car again, we'll be back.

Took vehicle for no start. Upon looking at receipt, they first changed out a $55 fuse which remedied the no start but still changed out a perfectly good starter. I did not receive a call for approval. The service department is so busy it's hard to contact rep, even after leaving messages. $1000 later they offer a oil change to appease frustration, which as a veteran I get discounted elsewhere. Considering getting rid of 2 Mazdas just to avoid this service department. Starter had been replaced prior to taking into shop and new starter did not start up as well. Asked advisor for update, he placed me on hold and then said, " could be starter or the engine" . Radio and AC blower didn't work as well. "Advised" that unit would need to be replaced, two fuses later they both worked.
