Schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. They were also able to due a brake flush and clean my fuel injectors so I didn't have to make a second appointment. Great customer service. Thank you Caili!
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because of the wait time. It shouldn’t take an hour for a scheduled oil change but other than that the service was great!
I made the appointment on-line for the firs time, and everything went as planned. My vehicle was taken in as soon as I arrived and was ready to go in about one hour. The people at Jim Bass Nissan were friendly and professional, and explained everything that was going on with my SUV - as is always the case. Thank you for another great experience!
