I was very happy with my experience purchasing a used car. Mark was extremely pleasant to work with. My husband and I came in knowing which vehicle were interested in. Mark made us very comfortable and did not try to sway us in another direction. We arrived at the dealer shortly before closing, and we appreciated that Mark made the process as easy and efficient as possible. He even installed my Gators license plate cover! I would return if I was in the market again.

First off i purchased my vehicle in Tampa back in 2020 when it was owned by Jim Brown but now another dealer and will not mention the name but since it was sold i have had several service issues with the other Dealer service department miss diagnosing my vehicle. Well i have has my last dealing with the other dealer after reconnecting with Jim Brown this month 10/25. the other Dealer diagnosed my vehicle to have Fowled oil on spark plugs and several cylinders miss firing along with stating it failed to hold pressure telling me that my cams are leaking causing the issue and that i needed a new engine quoted at $21K + or basically get rid of the truck. that all took 8hr at the other deale

The car had a light come on for the Lithium battery and was brought in for service. No report regarding the health of the battery was reported. The matter was said to be reported in history. However, the light and diagnostic from Onstar came in the day before. Then, I was offered to pay over $450 to have the transmission fluid replaced. However, I was offered to have the same service performed at 45,000 checkup of around $227. If this service is part of the maintenance for a 45,000 recommendation, it should be covered for free with a service contract

They did an oil change and rotated my tires. I didn't have an appointment but they still did it for me because my car said I needed an oil change so they did it. I was satisfied with the work but the price seemed high but I paid it. I bought my car there so I keep coming back and am usually pleased with your service because most of the time I don't have an appointment but you still do the work for me. A guy even called me personally to see how everything went and I said fine and was pleased so I thought that was the end of it but I still keep getting these notices about how the job went. If I wasn't satisfied with your work I wouldn't keep coming back there.
