I'm a happy customer since 2019. Now I have to deal with the 68C recall and I have to say: Jim Browne's service department is awesome. They are communicating well, kept me updated and provided a free rental while we were waiting on the new battery. Recalls are never fun but it makes it less stressful when you have a Dealership you can trust! Thank you!

In my heartbreak of losing my truck from a guy who should have never even been on the road in the first place and starting down a stressful, emotional road we knew we had to start the journey of finding another truck. After looking through quite a few we found our new baby at Jim Browne. Josh and Beau were more than helpful in the whole process. Even with a hiccup with the holiday it all worked out nicely and they were with us every step of the way. Scott Lash made himself a legend in my eyes today. I had several recalls on my 25 Cummins and I was told my truck would have to be down for at least a day, Scott knew that I needed my truck on the road immediately and some how pushed me up and had my work done in less than 2 hours. They were also very accommodating with me knowing I was going to have to detach my work trailer on there property and as soon as I pulled in the side lot there was a gentleman out there to help line my trailer up in a parking spot. We have been dealing with the Jim Browne Jeep dealership since 2017 when they started servicing my (new then) Cherokee Trailhawk I bought from another area dealer that I found had dishonest practices. Since 2017 Gene Sladkin was and still is my service advisor. In 2023 after we sold the Cherokee we bought a Grand Cherokee Summit which has been (like the old Cherokee) well serviced ever since. Negotiating over the phone and email with Aaron was smooth and fair. It was good to know that I already had my best deal when I walked in the door. Once there, they valued my trade fairly. Aaron walked me through the bells and whistles on the test drive. Tara was great with having my paperwork ready and with having a clear explanation of everything.
