My first visit to Jim Browne Collision Center was definitely not my last!! Mike was timely, on point & completely customer service oriented. Although my custom bumper had minor damage, his expertise shined through & resolved the issue on the spot. All I wanted was an estimate, but he went way above & beyond. The friendly welcome from the young lady at front desk & Mike’s treatment of a customer he’s never met went a long way with me. So far my experience has been phenomenal. Friendly and understanding. I was late getting my car in for repairs and they were very understanding. These people are AMAZING. I had a small issue that may or may.not have been an issue when I had car in for repair in September. I called to talk to them about it. I was asked if I could bring it in and let them look at it today. Within 5 minutes it was fixed. They are also always have a friendly smile and greet you when you walk in.

I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service and helpfulness of everyone at the collision center. After having been an accident and thinking, I wasn’t going to have my car for a long time and having to deal with the rental car and everything else, I was extremely stressed out and was trying to express my concerns and thinking I might want to switch locations the manager was very thoughtful and accommodating to help me in whatever I wanted to do. Most of all he was understanding, patient and kind and just overall willing to help. I am very thankful to Brian, the manager and Audrey, who both were very helpful along the way and to everyone else there who did an amazing job fixing my car and getting me back on the road as quick as possible.
