Jim Ellis Cadillac Service Center

Far from “Top Tier” service as advertised. By far the worst service experience I have received from a Cadillac Dealership in over 25+ years of buying and driving now my 8th Cadillac which is a 2024 CT5V that I purchased brand new from Jim Ellis JAN 2024. On 7/7 I had a 10a appt. for oil change and tires/wheels replacement/repairs to be covered by tire/wheel warranty purchased with new vehicle and a few other vehicle maintenance request. After not hearing anything from service advisor I sent an email on 7/9 to Service Advisor and Manager requesting an update and didn’t get response until 7/10 only to find out the vehicle appeared to have not been touched. According to the MyCadillac App the oil life had not been reset and vehicle essentially had not been moved based on the mileage. Sad that

Jim Ellis Cadillac, I've been here twice, my 1st time at this dealership was to have the regular oil change and a second time to replace the Battery of my Caddy, and, as we all know "First impressions never have a second chance", from booking my appointment online and the 2nd appointment over the phone. I have really been impressed with their customer service, friendliness and how courteous ALL the staff is;  from Kim who answered the phone for my 2nd appmt, the Service Advisor Rep: Noah Rowe whos been very nice and welcoming, to anyone in the dealership's team that pass by the nice waiting area or the main lobby of the dealership. I'd recently been hearing a whining noise from my 2011 Escalade Ext, so I brought it in for a diagnostic of the transmission on April 3rd. I was told no noise was coming from the transmission, rather the noise was coming from the engine.Such a farce. Needless to say, I paid $2k for service on April 8th and on that same day as I am returning home, the transmission goes out. I'm not sure if I am more disappointed in myself for thinking The Jim Ellis Cadillac Service department would provide a diagnostic to confirm what I knew to be true or the fact that they were completely wrong about their diagnostic. Either way, I'm thoroughly disappointed with the Jim Ellis Cadillac Service department. Mark Smith, I still have not heard back from you, at this point I am not sure I will. You all got paid
