Came in for a specific problem with my truck (a software update for towing a trailer) and it took them 4 hours to say they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I had to explain to them that all I needed done was a software update. After some back and forth, they finally did the update, which of course fixed the problem (like I told them in the first place 🤦🏻‍♀️). They guy I dealt with was rude and liked to "mansplain" in condescending tones a lot.

They have every Toyota /Lexus part I have ever looked for and I have looked for some obscure and older stuff. Their service is amazing and Mr. Talentino should be given a medal for his efforts. No place better to keep and new, or in my case 21 year old, Toyota/Lexus running like brand new. Prices so good, no need to go aftermarket. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would.

I've used this parts store twice now, getting a wire harness for my Tacoma, and a replacement gas door. They've either had the part in stock, or been very communicative on when it will be in stock. The service was great, and refreshing for a dealership store.

I came in today to trade my 2019 corolla in on a rav4. I had a great experience with Harby Santos. He was very patient and informative. He was able to get me into a rav4 at a payment that I can afford. I would definitely recommend him to future customers.
