Jim Ellis Toyota Service Center

I have been going here for years never had an issue until now. I took my car in for a battery issue. Was told that there is a $209 diagnostic fee that usually go towards the repair but now it’s a fee you have to pay on top of the repair. I was told by the service advisor oh yea everyone is doing that now. I called around no one else is doing that. Shameful. And I went in with my tire light off I’m told your sensors is bad not my light is on and won’t go off. Just shameful.

The service is excellent they have well knowledge technicians as well as staff who checks in your car to be service the facility is beautiful and well kept as well

Jim Ellis Toyota located just off of I-75 beside Exit ramp off Southbound I-75. Helpful and friendly staff. Good service team. Clean location. Ask for lifetime oil change and lifetime powertrain warranty. Helpful with new and used cars. Both sales and service. Conveniently located and easy access to most areas. Kia dealership is also located beside this dealership.

My significant other was interested in the Toyota Camry. Experience at this dealership was excellent and beyond expectations.

Relating to our overall experience with the Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough Service Department, a problem surfaced regarding the mileage recorded on our vehicle's odometer at the end of repair. More specifically, my car’s mileage was officially recorded as 138,948 in and 138,950 out of diagnosis and repair, or 2 miles, by our tech [the man who signed off on the odometer readings and was responsible for submitting our car for a diagnostic test and subsequent repair], Michael Hardy, yet when we added up the total miles accounted for by the dealership, the math didn’t make sense and the numbers didn’t crunch.
