The service department might be very reputable when it comes to the mechanics but it's a nightmare when it comes to communicating with the Service Advisors or even reaching them. They aren't the best at explaining hr issues at hand and frankly made a mess of my particular situation. By the time I got answers I was too frustrated to continue dealing with this dealership. Whatever happened to calling the customer back, explaining the findings and answering their questions. A text isn't quite the same. The AI Stella doesn't make getting answers and getting to talk to a human easy at all. 50% of the time that is who picked up the phone. A very unnecessarily frustrating experience. Purchased a vehicle at this dealership. It had a check engine light on. Simple evap leak. Sales said not to worry, they would make sure Service gets it fixed for us...Dropped the car off on Friday afternoon. Service advisor, Garret, told us he would try to get it fixed on Friday but if not, despite being short staffed, they would finish on Sat (due to the circumstances of buying the car for our son away at school). They knew my son needed the vehicle to drive back to school. I finally called on Saturday afternoon because I did not hear anything. The person answering the phone was horrible to deal with. On hold forever. They could not find my car. They sounded very confused and yelling to speak to people in the background. They finally told me the vehicle would not be looked at till Monday

It was very easy to make my appointment and my service advisor was great to work with. The work was completed quickly on a Saturday morning. The video overview of the car was nice to have as well. I just moved here a few months ago and this will be my VW dealer of choice.

Great experience. Just purchased a 18 golf from another dealer(not a vw) and only had one key. I walked in setup purchased new key and setup the appointment with no problems. When the appointment came I was able to get in and out even quicker than expected. It probably took total an hour to an hour and a half for a recall on my car and the key programming. I would Definitely recommend this service department and a special thanks to garrett my service advisor.

We purchased the tire and wheel protections when we bought our Atlas in December of 2023. Recently, we found a nail in our tire that was decreasing to flat, and I called and made an appointment right away with VW Kennesaw. Upon arrival, I was informed that the tires we had on the vehicle were not in stock, and I could purchase a better tire. However, the other tires on the vehicle would not match the new tire that was flat. I asked for the same tire that was on the vehicle, and it would have to be shipped from Florida. I called out customer representative 10+ times, left messages, and also left messages with the admin since I could not contact him. That was fine, it was going to take 3 days for shipping and installation. However, the tire did not "make it on the truck" the next day, which
