I was looking for a good place to get 4 wheel alignment done on my car. After reading reviews of Jim Grizzles Tires- Towson Ave, I went early in the morning. I talked to Scott. He checked me in. I waited in the waiting room. The room was very comfortable, neat and relaxing. Within the hour, my car was ready. The prices are reasonable. They charged me $89.99 for a 4 wheel alignment. The total with taxes came to $103.90. Very reasonable. The staf were very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable. Scott was amazing. I will recommend this place.

This was the first real service of any type since arriving here in Fort Smith and got to say it was impressive. Upon arrival I took note of positive interactions between at least 3 Team Members who demonstrated they enjoyed being present and spoke well with each other. I came for tires and an oil change and was waited on immediately. Several options were discussed to complete my request and there was not a continued drive to upset services or products. I am a firm believer in the "Mom and Pop" business and Jim Grizzle and Team Members involved delivered. Thank you

Great service, friendly staff. Quick tire changer and alignment, suv is quieter now. Drives straight and true and rides much better. Checked my brakes and no need for replacement ! Highly recommend!

I brought my truck for some front end repairs. They diagnosed the problem and everything was done in a very timely manner and no inconvenience. I was even offered a ride home until repairs were done, and they came back to get Me shortly after my truck was fixed. They did an excellent job on my truck! God is my witness, that my truck hasn't ever stirred this well. It is so smooth driving and the stirring doesn't pull to the side without having the alignment done! I am very well pleased and I will return again for good quality 'top notch' work!
