Jim Hudson Toyota Service

Horrible service. The technician there claimed he looked at my vehicle for my stated concern while I was in for a tire rotation under Toyota care, the technician said he couldn’t duplicate the problem and they gave me my car back. But before I even left the lot, I realized they didn’t even rotate the tires. Strike one, then recently I took it back because they replaced my brakes and it squeaks and feel ls differently. And again. The technician can’t see the issue. Even after comparing it to a used vehicle on their lot. Tried talking to the service manager, seems nice but still wasn’t any help. There are too many other dealerships in the area to put up with this type of service or lack there of.

Jackie was the best! Had an expensive repair that she and her team were able to troubleshoot and find warranty coverage for. Everything was done in a timely manner and good communication along the way. They were life savers!

I originally bought my car at Midlands Toyota (huge regret), but I get it serviced at Jim Hudson Toyota. The service, employees, and ease of getting in and out in a timely manner with all the answers are all 5 stars ⭐️ The waiting room too is truly top notch! Most mechanic places are trying to get you to come back, over charging, slimy, untrustworthy. But here, they really just want your car and you to leave better than you arrived! I really wish I bought my car from here instead.

Seven year customer. Today this place is pathetic in every way. Do not recommend. Scheduling, service, value,, etc.

This place is phenomenal! I always deal with Chris Tudor and he always gets me right with my car and I trust him with his opinions with any service I need. They have an excellent waiting room area and also if you don’t have a ride and it’s going to be a while they would personally have someone take you home or whatever until the work is done. They also have free coffee and tea also a sparkling water machine. They have an option to wear you can order food and have it prepared by the cook. The bathrooms stay clean and the whole establishment. This place is wonderful! The workers are very friendly and understanding! Thanks for always making sure everything is running properly with my car.
