No, no, no. Bought a truck, next morning check engine light came on. Drove less than 200 miles and the truck would no longer run. Was told it needed some major repairs, but when our mechanic got in there, timing chain and other items had all already been replaced. After a full work over, we found out we have to replace the entire engine ($8000). The owners were headed to a church community event the day we bought the truck so really hoped they were trustworthy. After many calls and messages, we can’t even get them to return our calls. Super disappointed and out so much money for a truck that is definitely not worth the money we have put into it. 100% do NOT recommend.

I understand that used cars are sold as-is. Never questioned that. Sadly, less than an hour down the highway after purchasing our daughters vehicle yesterday, the check engine light came on. Turns out, after being looked at by TWO mechanics, it is the catalytic converter. Both mechanics said the code would have been deliberately cleared, as this did not just happen. Also, the low beam headlight was out, and the rotors, bearing and brake pads in the front need replacing. We did point out our concern about the rotors possibly being an issue, and was assured they would have been replaced if so. Be careful with purchasing here. Get the vehicle checked out more thoroughly.

Bought a 2008 Ford escape a week ago, paid cash, overheated on the way home. Thermostat is stuck. Not even a week later and now the brake system has locked up. And had to have it towed home. $4700 and not even sure how much it is going to cost me to repair. Very unhappy with the vehicle we bought, they were friendly enough. But very expensive for a broken vehicle.

Broke down within 3 hours of owning. They said they only fixed it because I was a single mom. But they didn't fix it. Now's it's in the shop and has costed me so far 2 grand in repairs and parts. So beware.
