I have been getting my vehicles serviced at Jim Norton Chevrolet for some years now, and I have never felt like they didn't care, they go above and beyond. I can tell that they care and they take their job seriously, and I am so grateful for their outstanding service. I recently purchased a 2026 Chevrolet Trax, and I am sooo very happy with my purchase. Also I would like to say a very special thank you to the salesman his name is Anthony, he was patient, and very knowledgeable and he had a great attitude and I want him to know that I really appreciate him his hard work, and also a special thank you to Monte in accounting ( Friend). I had a great experience, they did all the recalls, inspected the vehicle and found a small oil leak. That they will be fixing and replacing under warranty. So glad my corvette is in good hands with them

We purchased a vehicle from Jim Norton Chevrolet in May of last year, with the understanding that it would be a reliable vehicle for our family. The very next day, the check engine light came on. We later learned that the dealership had put the wrong fuel in the vehicle. Since that time, the vehicle has been back for repairs more than 10 times, with over $20,000 in repairs performed, and the vehicle is still not fixed. While the dealership did cover some of these repairs (performed through their Ford location), the problems have never been permanently resolved. Last summer, the vehicle displayed a “Drive System Malfunction” warning, raising serious safety concerns. While the dealership stated this issue was repaired, additional problems followed.
