*2017 Camaro 2ss 30k miles Rearend collision* Had car for 6 months left sanding pads in my backseat initially didn’t replace some carpet that got wet in trunk used refurbished parts (taillights), overspray on driver door, orange peel from front doors back. Larry the assistant manager was even nice enough to call me a punk when I was trying to get them to correct all these issues. Russ wasn’t much help either. I would give 0 stars if possible

They communicated with us and kept us up to date with everything. We had ran out of rental from our car insurance and Jim Norton Collision was able to provide us a loaner car til' our truck was done. Overall, they took care of our truck and our needs.

Had my F150 repaired here multiple times and every time it looks fantastic! Have minor damage from a deer hit recently and I will for sure be bringing it back to have these guys take care of it! They do awesome work and the customer service is unparalleled

I bought a new car at Keystone Chevrolet. Without going into tedious detail, there was a small dent in the body and some scratches on the mirror housing. They fixed the scratches, in- house, but wouldn't help with the dent. Since they don't have a body shop, they just told me which body shops they used. That was it. What ensued was over 5 months of passing the buck until Larry Moore and Jim Norton Collision Center stepped up and said "we'll help". I don't have to tell anyone how bad it feels when you trust a business with so much of your hard-earned money and they treat you like you mean nothing. I took my 2019 Tahoe there to be repaired after someone backed into me at my work. The young lady at the front desk, Geni, and the estimator, Nikki, were so, patient, kind and understanding, even with my ugly behavior and attitude. Such very nice Ladies! My Tahoe was fixed in a week and it looks brand new. I am so happy with the job the body shop guys did and again I can't thank Geni and Nikki for being so nice and kind to me. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle fixed there. Great job and even better people.
