MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I just wanted to do a shout out to one of the most amazing consultants I have had the pleasure of working with Andy Madden. I had a pre approval for a vehicle and I reached out to them and advised I wanted to purchase a vehicle with them. From the moment I sent in a request I have had nothing but amazing things happen from this company. I recieved a text from the general manager Sean advising that I could do a VIP appointment and have the car gassed and parked out front when I got there. They want your purchase but not to take care of you after your car has issues! . Kia is known for engine issues and they refuse to supply rentals or reimbursement for your rental because “they don’t have one “. If shorkey cares they wouldn’t keep selling Kia and not supporting their consumers after!

My son took his vehicle (used and bought here at Shorkey) here and reason being it would not start, after having it been towed twice because of this reason , after charging him $250 and odd cents for a so called update they kept the vehicle and said they couldn’t find out what was wrong with it! He gave it to them with a full tank of gas and they gave it back Empty along with “sorry we don’t know what’s wrong with it”. He bought it there but doesnt look like he would ever buy from them again, sad to see this is the way they do business!

Took my car in for inspection and an oil change. Everyone working that I talked with was very kind and helpful. Always have done a great job taking care of me and my vehicles.
