Took my Truck in for a cylinder 4 misfire, dent repair and backup camera working intermittently on December 2, took them 10 days to diagnose the issue being the valve was destroyed meaning I needed a new engine! After being told this the communication basically stop multiple phone calls to the dealer including a sister dealership calling them to get answers with no responses!! After finally getting ahold of someone I was told backorder with no ETA, I finally got fed up with the lack of transparency and talk to the GM who had the service manager call me (same guy who wouldn’t give me answers) and I was told that my engine was magically coming in a week. Serena Martinez Is absolutely fabulous. She was always on top any situation with my vehicles from something as simple as oil change to the bigger problems we encountered with our engine. She always kept us updated and was extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 for customer service!
