After working with the folks over here at Stykemain GMC, I am floored by the service I received. Although I didn't finalize anything, I can always appreciate the effort given by their staff. Brady specifically gave me everything I needed to know about this new Audi they had their radar on, and was extremely helpful with financing/giving me every option I'd need with the purchase. One of the good ones.

I had setup a test drive over a holiday weekend. Nate replied quickly to my inquiry before they closed. The day of the test drive he gave us a route with country roads to test drive the GMC Terrain (it had just snowed the night before too) and let us take our time with the drive to get a feel for it. The process to buy the car was smooth and easy. Even when they couldn't get my plate off the car same day, they called back within a couple days saying it was ready to be picked up. Even in picking up the plate from my old car they were happy to help answer a few questions I had on the new car.

Took my car in for a warranty repair on Wednesday October 18th. Got a text after I dropped it off and the mechanic was out that day. So, they gave me a loaner with the check engine light on and the car wasn’t getting the gas mileage I was used to. 9 miles less a gallon. They needed it for 2 days. I informed the dealership I needed my car back Thursday for a UofM appointment the next morning. I had to leave at 7:30 am on Friday. So, I returned the loaner after work on Wednesday. So, I called on Thursday November 2nd and informed them I wanted to drop off my car a day early on Tuesday November 7th after work. My appointment actually was November 8th.
