Tylor and David did an excellent job of helping take care of me and my Subaru WRX at the shop, David was very nice to speak to over the phone and helped get me in right away. This was on a Saturday, and they were able to help get the car towed in immediately, I was shocked, especially it being a Saturday. While I was waiting outside for the uber they offered to get me a ride to work, I noticed them making another vehicle a tip priority and inspecting a vehicle with multiple people. Really looks like they take pride in their work. They gave me the ride and called me with an update quickly afterwards with my main problem and the estimate to repair. Jim Taylor Automotive is an excellent place to take your car for repair. In my case, I have a 2004 Cadillac XLR with very low mileage in showroom condition. The car has sentimental value to me, and I don’t let just anybody work on it. The employees at Jim Taylor Automotive and the customer reviews gave me confidence that this was the place to go. Throughout the process, both Jesse and Kim kept me updated which was very important to me. And, they made me feel important to them. They have a drop off/ pick up box so even on busy work days you are able to leave your vehicle safely, or pick it up after hours. My car wouldn’t start and I was able to tow it to Jim Taylor’s. Found out it was just my battery so they hooked me up quickly and with a great price. Everyone was very knowledgeable and nice. Will definitely be getting my business again.

My beloved Ford Ranger broke down when I was in Sarasota visiting for the weekend. The team here was incredibly quick to get parts in and to fix brake caliper issue and other issues so I could get on my way back home. So professional and really a great team. Everyone is very very nice. Would definitely recommend them!
