Oh my I was like this is gonna ... Iv never done one this They we 1st class service They did there job there was no hassle I thought it was supposed to be Friday they thought Thursday she's all business like in friendly manner oh Friday that's fine. When's my next service that worked well and all done quickly

Took my vehicle in for routine service and maintenance. Discussed cost ahead of time, got home and realized I was charged an additional misc supplies charge that was never discussed. I guess this is the norm, but they refunded me the supply fee anyway. Car is currently in service for a warranty issue, will update review.

I’ve waited to leave this review to see if the service manager Mike was going to attempt to resolve this issue but apparently he is not. I bought my truck from jim white and I’ve only ever had it serviced there. When it was due for an oil change i dropped it off like normal. I requested a transmission fluid service as well as correcting a TPMS light. Those items were complete like normal. The first surprise came when i picked up my paperwork. There were items on the inspection that needed addressed but the service advisor did not cover with me. The technician noted that there were three bolts missing from the skid plate. This was a huge surprise because like i said, the only place to service this truck was jim white Toyota. I found another service advisor and he was able to get that issue

I went in person on a Wednesday to set up the appointment. I had inspected the vehicle beforehand and discovered a damaged transmission fill plug. To save time, I purchased the replacement part myself directly from the parts department. When I went to the service desk, I wasn’t allowed to schedule with a service advisor directly. Instead, I was led to a back office where a woman, apparently responsible for all scheduling, handled my request. I originally asked for a Monday appointment, but she discouraged that, saying “Mondays are really crazy around here,” and scheduled me for Tuesday instead. She quoted me $309 for a full transmission drain and refill, including all labor and materials, and confirmed she would note that I was supplying my own fill plug. She also told me to drop the car o
