There was a nail in my tire, so I came here for help. A young guy helped me out — he was super professional! I don’t know his name, but I really appreciate his help. I’ll just be honest, wasn’t what I expected from a big rig shop. Brought a 2500 in with 35s on 20s a very common combination, to get an alignment Dude comes back and is like all we can do is set your tow (huh??) you can clearly see my tire camber is way off he is saying he won’t touch it.. says his machine won’t do anything because it doesn’t have stock tires…WHAT first time I have ever heard this. Had to argue with the guy for a few minutes,. then I have to wait 2 Hours while the original guy (I’m guessing out of retaliation as most alignments take 45 mins as I’ve been here before ) just talks and sits in the phone watching videos in the office… get the truck back and steering wheels not even straight HAHA overall won’t be back to this shop and neither will any of our fleet vehicles.. we

Flat tire on I-65 Whiteland Tire & Fleet Service had what I needed at a fair price and back on the road in 45 minutes. Cannot say enough great things about them. Great service! 5 stars hands down!

I would like to give a shout out to Chris. Chris did an outstanding job taken care my tire install needs and updating me on the entire process. If I need tires again in the future for my backhoe I will be reaching out to Chris again

So far a 1 star is nice. We had a tire put on and less that 24hrs later it is junk. We are not over loaded, have not had brake failure, have not hit anything. All things we were accused of in the phone conversation. We still have not received our invoice and it has been over 24hrs. I called and asked for it seeing how they put a $750 hold on our credit card, which they said they didn't. I checked...it is there and being held. It seems they know were are from out of state and maybe thought we would just take it. I am not sure. I would be cautious using this company. They were prompt to show up and did good work as far as we thought. Follow through and customer service is poor.
