Wow! Such amazingly knowledgeable technicians at Jimmy B's!! My son and I were on our way to Children's when my tire popped. I literally coasted into Jimmy B's on a flat tire and Matt immediately helped me. They were able to patch my tire and send me on my way within 25 minutes. Thank you so much. Will definitely bring my business here from this point on.

Pleasant experience! I just had some work done to my SUV by Jimmy B's. From first to last communications, with anyone I talked to via in-person or telephone, they were respectful and pleasant people. Work was completed quicker then I expected and the total bill was UNDER HALF of what I was quoted by another non-dealership repair facility! They have my business for future vehicle repair needs!

I called them needing an air conditioning recharge in my Nissan Murano at 2:40 on a Friday afternoon, and not only were they able to squeeze me in when others couldn't, but their price was only about 65% of what one of my other price quotes was. They got the job done quickly, and several days later, the AC is still working great. They also advised they put a little dye in the line so that if the AC stopped working, they'd easily be able to see where the leak was so they could repair it easily. I quickly felt comfortable that the guy (Johnny?) who quoted the job was honest, and I'll be happy taking my car there in the future for any other work.

I would usually recommend but it's time to find a new garage that actually appreciate the business I've given them in the last 5-6 years. I don't appreciate getting an attitude for a simple request in regard to an ongoing issue with the car. I was simply trying to follow a recommendation from another mechanic who has the same model and has dealt with the same issue. I really didn't think it was going to be a big deal or I wouldn't have suggested it to my mechanic. They have previously been very good to me and I do believe they can be trusted. I have been dealing with a life threatening illness and have no current income. Just trying to stay afloat and minimize what I spend on my car. My life has been beyond stressful and painful. I don't need to feel uncomfortable with a garage that makes

Jimmy B's is the only mechanic I will go to. Excellent work done every time. Their prices are fair compared to dealerships and they go above and beyond to make sure your car is running smoothly and safely.
