I have (had) a transmission issue with my car which was originally purchased from him so he knows what kind of car i have. Anyway, he was supposed to diagnose my transmission issue for me and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix. a month goes by after him getting my car to diagnose and I hear nothing back. So i give him a call, he says he’s been busy at doctors appointments etc which is understandable BUT at least let me know that you aren’t going to be able to diagnose my car in a timely manner. Again, weeks go by and I don’t hear anything. Finally after we reach out to him again, this time he says that he does not have the tool to even diagnose my car in the first place…… so all this time i was waiting for nothing. Was traveling through this area to go camping. My check engine light came on while pulling my camper. Found them on google and gave them a call. Told me to bring it in and they’d see what they could do. They worked quickly and I was only there for about an hour. Charged me a fair price. I can’t ask for more than that. I believe they’re trustworthy and would use them for all my maintenance work if I lived in the area.
