jimmy used & new tires auto service

On October 10, 2025, I had my vehicle, a Palisade, serviced by Jimmy, who replaced the tires. I inquired about the installation cost, which was $43 per tire, significantly higher than Walmart's $18 installation fee. Jimmy proceeded to lower my vehicle off the jack without awaiting my confirmation on the price. I instructed him to continue with the service. Subsequently, I asked about scheduling a tire change for my Ram truck and was informed that the price would be the same due to the tire size. Jimmy stated that no appointment was necessary, advising me to come in once my ordered tires arrived. On October 14, 2025, after receiving my tire shipment, I visited Jimmy's shop. Absolutely the worse service...they lie about the price over the phone. When you arrive they quickly put your car up on the lift and then change the price once on the jacks. The owner is rude and told us to return on a different day but were closed. Do not recommend!! Stay away.

Very fast and efficient , went for two tires, thought I needed an alignment as well, but I did not . They did not overcharge me & do it when it didn’t need to be done. Very honest people. Would definitely recommend

Jimmy is a good guy. I went in there this week for new tires on my truck and he had the best price. Service was great. I'm a car guy and we chatted about a few other things and he knows his stuff. He and his family run a great local business. Will be "my guy" going forward.
