Jimmy's Automatic Transmission

I took my truck here to have a transmission put in(Feb 2024). Although it being a vehicle I rarely use, the transmission (8 months later) is doing the same thing it was doing before the $2300 spent to repair. Less than 4k miles later. Although the gentleman who answers the phone can sound very curt, when I mentioned to him that they were the last to fix it, he said there was a 6 month warranty or 6k miles. I don't even feel comfortable taking it back to them because I feel like they will not fix it correctly again. Just a waste of money. Not to mention having to have it towed to their shop and pay a towing cost just more money.

Called and have to set appointment for later . But they were 100 % honest and up front with me . I truly appreciate it and they will get my business .
