Jimmys Garage

I'm new to the area and Jimmy was recommended by a neighbor. After about a week, he finally called to say I needed a fuel pump. OK, go ahead and do it. 900+ later I go to get gas and click click click, can't get gas. I take it back, he acknowledged that it was something THEY did and would fix it. He also said he knows it's not my problem. 2 more days in the shop later he charges me another 120 for a mistake THEY made. Now 31 of that was gas that they put in, but I didn't need them to fill my tank. They could've put in 10. Anyway, everything they did is legal, but it's so wrong to charge someone to fix your mistake. Not good people. UPDATE: Just tried to get gas again and it's still not fixed!!! I'm getting a lawyer.

We were delivering a car to my friend and her son, (our Godson). We knew the inspection was due soon and didn't want any problems when they went to get the tag. Jimmy's got us in quickly and had the inspection done in less than 15 minutes. We are from the Charlotte area and really appreciated the hospitality!

Great mechanics, I got referred by a friend to get one of my tie rod ends to be replaced and get an alignment and two new tires installed for a great price compared to the other shops in the area I will be coming back for any other problems and very respectful and helpful.

Took my f450 for an alignment and to check the front end. Went to two other in Jacksonville before and neither one could fix it. Jimmy knew right away what the problem was. I was very impressed with the level of technology and knowledge. Price was more than resonable

Just called to get a quote on swapping out my alternator and dude said I have no idea and didn't say anything else ... Very rude. Wish I would've caught his name cuz the reviews for this place are great. Hate for one bad apple to spoil the bunch!!
