I had Jimmys repair replace the spark plugs on my GMC Acadia, I sake them to please checked the fluids as well. After the work was completed I found out that they had to add 3 quarts to the transmission. I’m glad I asked they to do so , because I spent over $1500 on May 2025 at the local GMC dealership who replaced the transmission fluid, replaced water pump & replaced fluid on differential. Sad but it true, it’s difficult to find honest mechanics, plumbers, HCAC tech. But I feel completely comfortable and trusting Jimmys team. Lesson learned to alway double check work completed on your possession, because some are not always honest or trained & supervised to complete their task .

I will not go to another shop besides Jimmy’s. Hands down the best in town! Customer service is second to none and they are kind, prompt and willing to help you however they can! They are experts at working on your vehicle and go over and above to give you what you’re looking for or asking to have done! 10/10 would recommend every single time! They have done wheels/tires/lowering for me and this past visit did brakes and they couldn’t have turned out better! Thank you a million times over guys!

I took in my lifted Jeep Cherokee, and they did a good job fixing the alignment and lift to where I can actually drive it safely. I'm happy with the technician Randy and Tuan's service. Tuan kept me apprised every step of the way. I thought their prices were reasonable for all the work I was having done. I would definitely come here again and have my vehicle worked on or recommend them to somebody else.

This place was absolutely wonderful! I got so nervous but Tuan is warm and a hard worker & Cristal explains everything. Randy was so patient.. I was stranded from Dodge and so scared but they are truly kind people! LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
