Jimmys tire and mobile service

Would highly recommend! Very helpful and not overpriced like these others.. Called some local services like A-1 tire, ENH, and TNT wanted outrageous prices, even quoting me at $500 for the service call and a used tire.. Ended up making it to this shop and they were very reasonably priced. Also, he didn’t originally have my size tire, but went above and beyond to find one to get our family back on the road safely.

Definitely wouldn't recommend them. They had a customer waiting four hours so the customer called our company and while our company showed up to do the call Jim pulled up when our employees were almost done and they put their hands on our employer would highly not recommend them unless it was for an anger management class. Be careful calling them.

I called them at 2:37 because I needed a plug in my tire and he gave me price of $85 and said he could be to me in 15 mins! I was literally 5 mins from his shop! I started to call after 30 mins and never got a answer, never texted back, no nothing for over an hour. I was stranded with a newborn! Not to mention he was rude to begin with! If you need help definitely look elsewhere!

My son and I were on our way to his UF Pediatric neurosurgery appointment in Jacksonville, FL when we blew a tire. It was dark and we were in a bad spot on the interstate..my son has a brain condition and a heart condition and we were in the middle of nowhere..scared and helpless. I reached out to Jimmy and he went above and beyond to help us. He kept me calm..and Assured me that he would get us back on the road and he would get us taken care of..this man treated us like family. Not only did he give us a new tire and get us on the road but he called and checked to make sure we made it to our appointment safe and checked to see how it went! He also gave my son money to take us out to have a good meal after our long day of doctors appointments. This man showed us more compassion and selfless

Seem to be an honest down-to-earth salesman the vehicle just wasn't for me but he seemed to be a decent person
