Had my sons car towed from Pioneer to Knoxville by Jimmy's. They picked up when they said, charged what they quoted. Had no problems at all. They let my son pay by phone since he had already moved to another state. These guys were super easy to work with! When the dealership started giving us trouble about reimbursing us for the tow bill, Jimmy's went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what the dealership needed for us to get my sons money back! And in this day and age, that's a huge deal! We really appreciate their help, their professionalism and would refer them to anyone! Thanks guys
