Jimmy's Towing Service, LLC

Shout out to Branden who was so helpful! My shifter in my Yukon went out in the middle of Starbucks drive-thru and I was calling companies to get it towed to my dealership and luckily another company put me on hold for a long time and I ended up calling Jimmys and Branden answered. He was able to tell me what he thought was wrong over the phone and told me he could fix it when he arrived if that was the case. He was quick and fixed it right in the Starbucks drive-thru and got me back up and running. I will forever be grateful for him and his kindness! We still have kind people around, now this is a place I’ll always recommend.

I had such a positive experience with Brandon, the tow truck driver who helped me after my accident. He went above and beyond from start to finish — keeping me updated on his arrival time, showing up promptly, and treating me with genuine kindness and respect during a stressful situation. Brandon was professional, polite, and very helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about the people they’re helping, but he definitely does. I’m so grateful for his excellent service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of towing assistance.

From start to finish, the experience with Jimmy's Towing was fantastic. They quickly helped us get our broken-down car transported to the repair shop. What really stood out was their exceptional customer service and professionalism —they were incredibly helpful and treated us with the utmost respect. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Needing a tow when your car breaks down is stressful, and they definitely helped with putting some of that stress at ease. Communication was great. It was a fast and pleasant experience. Pricing was reasonable and I was able to ride back to the destination as a passenger in the tow truck. I called in, got a quote, and scheduled an appointment since I left my car in a parking lot. If you’re able to make an appointment, highly suggest it. Seems like they can potentially get busy during rush hour, but either way, strongly recommend their services 🙂👍🏼

You can definitely count on Jimmy’s Towing Service! My car battery exploded and not only were they polite and quick with the towing but they prevented me from spending money at a auto shop. They helped me get a new battery and installed it right there and then! They saved me an unnecessary trip and they were a blessing in such a stressful time. Wade and Brandon were of great help!
