I visited Jim's for an alignment, and the owner did a solid job adjusting my toe. However, he removed my hubcaps, which are secured by all five lug nuts, and chose not to reinstall them. When I was ready to leave, he informed me that reinstalling the hubcaps would incur an extra charge. As an ASE-certified master technician, I find it puzzling that a shop would remove hubcaps during an alignment and not reinstall them as part of the service. Moving forward, I’ll stick with PK Tires, where I can use their alignment machine for just $40 and ensure the job is done to my standards

Very friendly and helpful! Jim described in detail everything he planned to do, then called me to let me know what he found, then summarized again when I picked up. Rides so well after the alignment. He did NOT try to up-sell me on things I didn't need yet, but did give a detailed list of issues that I should keep an eye on. Prices are reasonable. Oil change cost less than a comparable service at Jiffy Lube. We will be returning for future work!

The treatment I received here was top-notch. The people running this place treat you like a good friend. I had thought my problem was a bad transmission but no a bad set of back tires and shocks. I could have been taken for thousands of dollars by a shady company, which they weren't. This company was straightforward and honest. Will be my go to shop.

I was referred here by a friend that I trust. She said he was honest and that the work would be done right. It ended up being the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic- quality, honest work and very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend Jim's Allignment to anyone who needs auto work and wants the best but doesn't want to pay outrageous prices. I know little to nothing about cars. He could have totally ripped me off and I never would have known. Instead, he was thorough and explanatory and very pleasant. I will certainly return if I ever need a great mechanic. Thank you!
