Our family was stranded in Ancram when our car broke down on a Sunday. Jim was amazingly helpful with a tow to his shop and repairs the next day. He even provided a ride to and from our last minute motel location. The car was repaired the next day (after parts were delivered) and we were on our way home. Many thanks for the talented repair services and kindness you showed our family. Definitely recommend!

I called to get my truck out of mud slipped 4 ft of the road on my horse farm itemn4 road tire went flat. The driver didn't have to wrench it that far but he did don't know. I use to have Tow business for 30 years . So was charged $450 plus $17.50 fee for credit card. He put spare on tire was real low. Had no airtime you changing flats u better have air tank lot of spares get low. We'll driver said couldn't do anything I asked to gmtake me to Napa 3.2 miles away said no got another call put when he got there said was a slow day. I offered to pay him said no . So $467.95 still. Stuck owner said basically tough luck .

Bob did an awesome job taking care of my 2000 4runner. I was camping at Taconic, so it was only a 7 minute drive. Thanks guys

Late on a Sunday afternoon, after packing my trunk for a road trip—including my 18-month-old son's baby gear and food—the trunk suddenly wouldn't open, neither by key, remote, nor latch. After trying unsuccessfully to access it through the back seats, I figured no shops would be open so late on a Sunday. I googled around and found Jim's Body Shop and gave them a call. Even though it was near closing time, Jim told me to come by. He removed the back seats, recovered the luggage, and found the trunk latch corroded and blocked by a stray piece of plastic. He went into the junkyard and pulled a matching latch off of a Camry, installed it on my Corolla, and sent me on my way. As such, my trip was only delayed by an hour or so. Jim removed a bolt in my tire and had me up and running again in less than 30 minutes. He’s the man!
