I was referred to Jim's by my dealership for there excellence in fairness and ability The accident is still to be determined and the work has not yet begun. My car is charcoal gray with gold metal flake and I'm nervous that the paint and flake won't match or flake won't lay proper however Shane rested all my fears that he could accomplish this with ease and would stand behind his work My insurance company will make me whole however would like me to use there supplier but when I explained the process and evaluation given they too now have confidence. I look forward to the repair and even though it's a stressful process it's one stress I'm getting a feeling won't be there I was treated well and the appraisal was at no cost So far so good 2nd Post I had the repairs done at Jim's Autobod Katel

Took my 2020 Jeep Cherokee limited in for bodywork. This shop ended up taking months to get the job done. Meanwhile wherever my vehicle was left some “rodents” got in to my wiring harness and chewed some wires. This shop told me that for nearly $10k my vehicle would be “good as new”, to my surprise i left with a vehicle that doesn't run, throws many codes, has very “jacked” up body panels, and mysterious door dings. As a 20 year old kid i am smart enough to know when something is not right, i do hope you guys never take your vehicle here for anything. IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!!
