Big shoutout to Jim’s Auto Team — especially Steve, John, and Sarah! 🙌 I’m a newbie Jeep Wrangler (2020) owner and had no idea how much maintenance these things can need 😅. Not only did the team save me money, but they also went above and beyond dealing with my extended warranty — which ended up covering over $3,000 in repairs thanks to their help! Even the owner is hands-on, making sure every customer is taken care of — whether it’s checking on repairs or arranging rides back to work or home. Wow! My first experience with Jim's. My car wouldn't start and I didn't know why. I called Jim's Auto Clinic because I had seen so many good comments about it. The owner answered and said "I'm just 5 minutes from you, I'll come to you. Probably a dead battery." He was there in 5 minutes, jumped my car, I followed him to the shop and a new battery was installed within 30 minutes for a fair price. What service! I'm going to quit driving to the Phoenix dealership and use Jim's from now on.

Some of the best customer service you will find. I purchased a 1997 4Runner that’s been serviced with Jim’s Auto Clinic since 2015 (the car still runs flawlessly at 173k miles, so a true testament to the team at Jim’s Auto Clinic), and I lost all the service records while moving. Emailed Jim’s Auto Clinic and spoke with Danielle who was kind enough to print out over 30 pages of service records, scan them and share them with me via email. Highly recommend you give them a chance!
