Impeccable work by Jim’s Auto! They replaced the windshield on my 2020 Subaru Outback and they did it promptly and perfectly. They took the time to answer my questions about the glass they installed, and were all around awesome guys; don’t look further!

Jim's Auto Service provides great quality service with professionalism. I called around to several auto shops and Valdosta and in Tifton most of which said they do not handle the windows or that they sub out the windows to another company. Recently had my windshield replaced and there were a few things I noticed right off the bat about this company. They were very professional when dealing with me on the phone. They were very timely in terms of responding back to my inquiries and lastly, they were very knowledgeable and educated me on the type of windshield I needed for my car (there are small nuances needed, depending on what types of features you have on your car). Highly recommend!
