I cannot rave enough about the customer service. I had a break down on my way back to Indianapolis. Ms. Martha helped me get a diagnostic, I was in and out in less than an hour. If you want honest , quick professional service, I would highly recommend this shop.

I have had my Honda Element serviced at Jim's and they did a terrific job of towing in my car and changing the camshaft seal that was causing oil to leak and get all over the engine. I have also had flat tires repaired there also. I highly recommend Jim's for all your auto repair needs.

Brought my SUV to the dealership. Something didn't sit right with me so I brought it to Kevin with the list I was quoted, which was over $3000. He checked it out, told me it didn't need half of it, and what it did need, he quoted me just under $500. Told me to bring it back in the spring for the other stuff. Dropping it back off this Friday for the work and NEVER taking it anywhere else again. Super honest people!

In a time where it's hard to find a place you can trust, I am grateful for Jim's. More than once I've brought my vehicle here thinking it would be more than it was, and they easily could have just changed what I was expecting and charged me more. But they only changed/fixed what was actually needed, and ended up saving me a lot of money. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Seemed over priced. While traveling they kept car for 3 days for 3.5hr job, had to rent another. So that compounded the total cost after asking if they were busy. ($700+ repair & rental) for alternator. Hubby is a GoogleAdvisor and recommend for LOCALS ONLY for above reasons.
