My daughter is a student at Bucknell and had a little unfortunate run in (or run over) with a deer carcass on Rt 80. She had some damage under her car as a results. Jim's got her right in and had the car repaired, even with needing a BMW part, super fast. They were incredibly kind and accommodating. As a parent, it is comforting to know that if she needs anything for her car, Jim's is right there.

Great service! Kind, knowledgeable and beyond fairly priced. Still worth it if he charged us double! They helped us while we were on a road trip to go pick up farm animals. We had the next day planned with 3 stops for 8 animals and each stop’s pickup time frame was based on the previous stop’s departure. The 3 dealerships within a 2 hr drive couldn’t get us in until the next day or the next week, and one could *maybe* look at it right before closing that night, but probably wouldn’t have been able to get the part to finish it that night, even if we could make it there! Our truck started sounding bad and we looked for somewhere closer and Jim answered, got us in, and within two hours we were back on the road. Nothing was pushed back or delayed at all! Had the car inspection here six months ago and just had a quick evaluation for a tire replacement after a tire blew up on a highway a few days ago out of state. Very kind, responsive, and professional staff. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Jim's Auto repair for a while now and I have to say every time I have issues, they have been so helpful. They are thorough and reasonable and take the time to call and explain things before they do the job!

Was camping at Yogi campground and had an antifreeze leak on my pick up , I could not tell where it was coming from. I called and left a detailed message on the answering machine, Jim called me back and let me know he could check it out for me. We set an afternoon appointment for 3:30Pm. Jim had it in and me back on the road to enjoy my vacation in an hour. Very reasonable priced and didn't over charge for the work. Being out of town I was not sure how the pricing would be. Jim is honest and hard working. Hat goes off and a Big Thank You.
