Took my damaged car to Jim after locals recommended his expert and honest service. He and his staff were very friendly and efficient, taking photos of the damage and preparing an estimate right away. Jim helped me to deal with the slow-moving insurance company and patiently kept my car on his lot until the company finally responded. He kept me informed about his contact with the insurance company. Then he repaired the car flawlessly in no time! It looked better than it had before the accident and there is no trace of anything! Jim is truly an excellent vehicle body repairman. He made my 2013 Avalanche look brand new. In addition he put me on an oil based undercoating shop in VT that will spray substance that will keep water from getting into body filler spots & thus preserving his fine work. Very fair pricing on work, done in a timely & professional manner!
