Jim's Lube is a family business, and is well known locally for friendly, efficient service, including their 2 greeter dogs who just adore being there. They have it down and done within a half hour, and my oil change is complete. Gina's cheerful personality at the front desk is a plus, They give a good heads up on any automotive issues your car may have, excellent auto care!

If all vehicle service establishments could be this friendly, knowledgeable and stress free it would be a much better world in which to own a automobile. Seriously, everyone at Jim’s is thorough, thoughtful, friendly and serious about making sure your car is in tip top shape. They actually go beyond expectations! They have serviced my car, van and truck for 4 years now and I can definitely give them a 5 star, glowing recommendation!

Traveling through the redwoods and needed my back brakes changed on my jeep. Stopped by to ask about price and how long it would take. They initially gave us a week wait time but when they found out we were passing through traveling, they immediately got us in and were back on the road in under 2 hours. The owners are super nice and you could tell they are kind people. Would highly recommend.
