These guys are great. They towed and repaired my vehicle while I got to another very important appointment. They managed to get the repair done in 1 day which was a huge deal to me! I can see why this business has been around for multiple generations.

Jim's Service helped me on the way to work when a repair light came on my dash. They accommodated me right away, fixed the problem and didn't even charge me. Everyone is rude. My daughter's car was towed after an accident and taken here. When I called about getting the plates the woman on the phone was rude. When I arrived at the office at the time she gave me there were 5 people in there. After I walked in and said I was told to come in at this time to get my plates one man replied "okay" and then they all just left me standing there. A few of them passed me as they walked out the door without saying a word to me. As I kept looking around to see if anyone was going to acknowledge me, the woman in the office looked away every time we made eye contact. Once I did get help, I had to drive to a different location for the plates and to recover items from the car. Once the plated were off, the man there just went back to his truck without a word whi
