Jim's Tire & Automotive - 24 Hour Towing

I was driving from Illinois to Minnesota and my car began giving me trouble when I reached speeds over 60 miles per hour. I got off the interstate at the first stop after getting on and looked for a place to go. Jim's not only got me in right away, but the repair that needed to be done was done so much quicker than I thought and at a very fair price. They made what could have been a very tough situation easy, even when they were busy. My car made it the rest of the drive with no problem at all.

Over priced. Very few cars or waiting which should have been my first clue. Did repairs without calling to confirm diagnosis and give a quote. Jim’s couldn’t find another part that was needed for my car…only took me 5 minutes to find OEM part brand new at O’Reillys. Will not be returning as a customer.

We had a wheel hub go out on our 15 passenger van . They were very quick to answer, show up and tow us to a dealer to replace it. Price seemed very fair as well. Were able to get back on the road same day.

Fast, efficient, and affordable. Flat tire on the side of the road was no problem, towed within 20 minutes and got a new tire an hour after calling in for a tow. Will call them for help if I need help again
