Jim's Transmission Plus

Absolutely awful. They didn't do the job they were supposed to and today we'll there's several bolts loose. I recommend everyone go somewhere else. There a blown transmission just waiting to happen

I took my vehicle to this shop because it was the closest to my house. They pulled my transmission and told me it needed a total rebuild. I gave them over $3300 as a 50% payment for the needed parts. We then found an extended warranty and the job was basically covered at 100%. We'll, it took them 3 months to finish my car..well I say finish loosely. I was told to take it to the Nissan dealership to recode the computer because his scan tool would not work. So I was given my broken car to take to the dealer. While they're they said it had a small little leak but they fixed the computer and said I was good to go. I informed Jim, the manager, that nissan found a leak and he told me to bring it buy when I had the chance...he never said do not drive the vehicle. Tow it here..nothing...I drove t

Taken car in for repair then back again several times since still having issues. Spent $4200 and now car is even worse. Last repair sent my car to the dealership and now they want 3700 to fix what Jim’s shop did. I left messages but no call back. They moved locations and now are called American transmissions. So if you need work on your car highly recommend taking to any other mechanic!

I would recommend All American Transmission to everyone the first place I took my truck was Statesville Transmission. They totally demolished my truck messed everything up and All American came to my rescue and fixed everything at a great price. If you are smart, this is who you will choose. They are amazing.

I highly recommend this business for any automotive work. They do more than just transmission work. They rebuilt my transmission and also fixed several oil leaks for me. Great time frame and was quoted exactly what I was charged. Great customer service and very informative. I was quoted $600 more from a shop located right down the street from Jim's Transmission. Very satisfied. I will be a repeat customer!
