Muhammad was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I dropped off my car to when I picked it up, he stayed in constant communication and clearly explained everything that was going on with my vehicle. He was incredibly patient and understanding, especially since I had just given birth, and he worked with me every step of the way. When it was time to pick up my car, I asked if he could turn it on so the heat would be on for my newborn, and he kindly did so — that meant a lot to me. He even followed up a few hours later to make sure everything was running well. The level of care and service was outstanding. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future needs. Highly recommend.

Avoid Jindal Auto Shop at All Costs I brought my car to Jindal Auto Shop for a simple lifter replacement after two lifters failed. This job does NOT require the engine to be removed, yet they kept my car for two months and returned it to me in far worse condition. When I finally picked up my car, the engine was ticking loudly all over, and instead of fixing the issue, the manager told me to “drive it and maybe the noise will go away.” Completely unprofessional and unsafe. To make matters worse, the manager seems to know the business side, but he has no real knowledge of automotive repair. He relies entirely on the technicians for everything, and it shows in the quality of work and the lack of accountability.
