Edit upon finding yet another screw up. I would never bring my vehicle here again. This is long but I’m frustrated. I brought my vehicle here at the recommendation of Courtesy Subaru after my rear driver-side door was dented. The staff was very kind, communicative, and the wash/detail work looked great when I picked it up. Unfortunately, after having my car for two weeks, there were several issues that shouldn’t have been missed. The door handle that was scratched in the original incident was not painted. They did offer to fix it, but that would require another half day without my vehicle, which was frustrating after already being without it for two weeks. Very good customer service, I took My Subaru Impreza there to have my front end fixed due to me hitting a deer. Not only did they fix the car but super professional on all aspects. I did take my car dirty to them, when I went to pick my car up it was detailed. Amazing staff and service thank you.

This a certified Subaru body shop, but I’m sure their talents cover about anything else as well. My Outback was badly pummeled by hail, and luckily I found out about this place. I met Tim, and he’s a calm, cool, confident gentleman that is very reassuring. I had no doubt I was in the right place. He said they could get in done in two weeks. In spite of unforeseen set backs, it only took 15 days. Not bad considering lots of PDR, roof and hood replacements, and paint. In the end, my car was in showroom condition. I learned part of the reason Tim was so confident is because they have a fantastic team of experienced repairmen. Hopefully I won’t have anymore problems that require body work in the future, but I’ll go back to them if so. Wish I could give them 10 stars.

Tim was great to work with. He got our vehicle into the shop within 2 weeks and took the time to make sure everything was what we asked for. Highly recommend!

I recently brought my new car to this place after it got scratched. The scratch was around 16 inches long, and they gave me a repair quote between $900 to $1000. They provided an itemized breakdown, which included charges for removing and re-applying decals and lettering. The strange thing was that the scratch was over a foot away from these areas. They insisted on resurfacing the entire lift gate, which seemed unnecessary. When I got my car back, the parts that were painted didn't have a smooth, mirror-like finish as I had hoped. This made me realize that they didn't repaint or resurface under the lettering at all.
