J&K Tire and Auto

Anything car related STRESSES me out. I needed an inspection today and I understand places are busy but 2 places I stopped didn't do them, 2 were rude and then I stopped at J&K after a recommendation from Hunter Tire. I was so grateful they could get me in but even more grateful they were friendly and very approachable. I noticed they won the best of Kirksville award for 2025, a well deserved award in my opinion and based on others they must do a good job in other areas besides just inspections and being friendly. I will definitely be going back!

While driving back home today, we had a bit of an emergency being about 3.5 hours from home. We called right before they closed and Kelly was happy to stay over to take care of us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were safe to make the rest of our trip home! Thank you so much!

Zach was awesome! He's very knowledgeable and a very understanding and helpful dude. What started as a very stressful situation, was quickly turned into a simple process thanks to him. 100% recommend J&K to anyone. As someone who knows very little about vehicles it was a breath of fresh air not having someone being snarky and rude to me over it. Thanks again for everything you guys did for us. We will be returning in the future for sure. ❤️

My daughter is a student taking grad classes this Summer and called with a nail in her tire. I reached out to J&K and the lady who answered the phone was pleasent, and even offered to send a truck to air her tire if it was flat when she came out of class. My daughter arrived about 11.30 and had the repair done by noon. Great to know there are caring and empathetic people for a young adult away from home. Thanks to your team for outstanding service today.

Got an alignment done very friendly and knowledgeable people from start to finish…would definitely recommend!
