Had a deep scratch down the side of my car. Started thru the center of my door handle and down he door. J&l did a great job. Looks great. Dealing with Frank and his team was a pleasure.

First time here, I’m very happy they fixed my passenger seat (it was stuck for a while); they fixed the cables- cheap & quick! They also looked at my broken glovebox, tried to fix it, gave me a price. I’ll be coming back for other services! Really nice and helpful guys here!

I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating s

Someone hit and run my car and J&L is the recommended auto center for Mercury Insurance for my location. Frank, Lenny and their team did a fantastic job fixing my trunk, lights and rear window. I highly recommend them for any repairs needed. Looks like nothing ever happened to my car. Easy to talk to and settled any nervousness I had regarding the process, as this was my first time in a car insurance claim.

Chris was amazing and really helped me out after experiencing a minor car problem. He was friendly, professional, and just an all around good person! Will definitely go there again if needed and would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
