I purchased a Van from ANNA at JL Auto sales last summer, the van was fine but after going through some paperwork a few months later I realized that they charged me sales tax, doc fees, registration etc. twice! basically wrapped it into the vehicle price and then added separate line items on the paperwork. This totaled over $2000 and when I notified them of the error they said it was because the loan company didn't pay them in full. (I called and they did). They admitted to the mistake and said I overpaid by an additional $747. Said that it was my fault and that I signed the purchase agreement. A reputable dealer would correct the issue. After 3 months of trying to get paid back I've had enough. I heard all the excuses; I haven't been getting your calls, texts and emails" or "the checks in

Just bought a great 2011 Subaru from these guys. There was one small mechanical issue we caught with our mechanic but he came down in price to compensate. I totally recommend buying from here and I plan to buy my future vehicles from them as well
