**CAUTION**STOP**KEEP SEARCHING!!!** J&L Mobile Truck and Trailer is a CROOK!! When it comes to Reefer Unit Repair keep searching! They speak a big game “Oh we have so many years of experience, we deal with this all the time” But when the technician has to utilize Google and YouTube to diagnose a problem, that’s a BIGGER problem!!! Technician wanted to replace valve SV1 for a problem not having anything to do with A56 code! 3 hours later technician splices and connects 2 loose wires and even at that didn’t connect them correct! Ended up shorting up my fan clutch!!! I had to travel to a carrier dealer for expert repair! Owner Pete charged $750 and won’t provide a receipt! Won’t answer calls or messages! These clowns are something out of a movie when you break down and you pull into a shady

There's no way I'd use this hot head again on any of my trucks. Was 2 hours late getting to my driver and then left after getting a call from one of his other employees that he was cussing out on the phone and was gone for 2 hours. When he returned he cussed me for questioning him on where he had been for so long and threatened to leave my guy on the side of the road. No way I'd call this guy. I should have looked closer at his reviews. All of the positive reviews are from people local in his area NOT over the road trucking companies.

They were fast, efficient and kind. They were very informative and helpful. They really saved my butt. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. I honestly can't rave enough about them.

I learned some useful knowledge while apprenticing under Mr. Julian in diesel mechanics. He's stubborn as a mule but knows what he's doing. Yes, I know he snaps out every now and then but, he has made it pretty far in customer service etiquette. Thanks for the experience Peter.
