I was road tripping from Austin to Sulpher Springs and my car died in Athens. Dustin picked me up and was SO EXTREMELY helpful. I was driving alone and he was helpful, respectful, kind and very fair price. Can’t recommend enough. I also loved the mechanic he recommended.

No standard rates is what the man told me as he was about to tow my Harley, when I asked how much, if I could get it on the same day.... So later when I had the money, 3 times I couldn't get an answer over the phone... When I didn't have all of the money.. that was it. He isn't in business to help anyone, for sure... I called one Friday, the price was $918.... It's supposed to be a $25. Fee every 24 hours?....I called the next Friday, and he quoted me $1455..😭 No matter the circumstances of just losing my son and/or just letting things just get away from me, in my time of grief, & truly needing the help? ..... None of it mattered.... So he got another Harley.... Congratulations. #lessonlearned

They charge way to much and no one even gives a person 24 hrs to get their vehicle b4 it's towed. Last time they said they towed it because it was broken in to. But who breaks in a truck full of valuable items and don't take anything except 2 prepaid phones but leaves a tablet and gps, and radar detector, and money... and then a couple months later that same truck hit a tree and driver seriously injured and they took it again not even a note put on to give us time to get it wasn't even 24 hours and it was gone again...

Dustin came to our rescue at 1am this morning after trying to find a tow service for two hours! We were there from out of town and had no clue on even where we were. He came out right away, charged us a fair price, was friendly and very helpful and we were unstuck in 2 minutes! We really appreciate you Dustin! Thank you again!

We were in a collision.a car hit our boat and trailor,knocking us across the road unable to move out of traffic due to trailer damage.JLJ showed up quickly to tow us to their yard .the driver was curtious and forthcoming to us about what the steps in handling the situation were . Even though i believe we were less than easy to deal with because we got upset at the accident. We had easy and quick access to our belongings still in the boat .i highly recommend this service for thier speed, respect,and competitive prices!
